You can try using something like Google Documents to share it, or post it FTP to a site. Or you can compress the PDF using something like Winzip or compress folder in XP.

I've compressed it with WinRar but it remains the same size

cut it in half and make 2 files...or google docs. i LOVE google docs.

PDF's are already pretty compressed.

You can use a service such as mediafire (www.mediafire.com) or Rapidshare (www.rapidshare.com) to upload the file and then email the link.

Yeah, with a large file like that, uploading and linking to it is always the preferred method unless the recipient has given the okay to send it via email. Many ISP's will block attachments of that size.

You could try removing the images and send a file with just the text. You could post the images in a folder on Photobucket if you want Jeff to take a look at them. If you have a print version of the article, you could scan it and send it as a .jpeg, saved for web so it's nice and compressed. Or post the image up on Photobucket.
