A pssible solution, Marine issue knives

I just got my second cup of coffee, and thought while reading about the delemna concerning how to contact the Marines on deployment. I will be going to my old American Legion Post next week and I will ask around. Many of the veterans have children or know of kids in the Marine Corps.

Talking to members who are in the VFW or American Legion is one indirect way to get a idea how to communicate to the active duty personel. Many members are still connected with influencial brass.
Just an idea to consider. Good luck.

Now, Why didn't I think of that? I have a friend that is the bartender at the Legion in a town about 20 miles from my house. He may just be able to help this situation, let's hope so. might be a good excuse to go for a bike ride anyway.:D
