What's up guys? My question concerning these two knives is how the handle texture do or do not differ. In pictures it appears that the Bundeswehr model has a textured or grippy scale if you will, while the OH Trekker appears to have a smooth/slick scale. Can you guys please give me the straight scoop on the handle material on each of these models, as I have yet to handle either one of them, but will be ordering one very soon. Thanks.

I havn't handles the german army model, though I believe it is more textured than the trekker. But the trekkers scales along with the other large frame saks are nylon I beleve which arent as smooth as the standard cellidor, and offers a pretty good grip.

The scales of both are the same, textured Nylon. Other than the German Eagle crest and the color they are identical. Perhaps the color makes them look a bit different.
