Hi John:

The three handles you asked me to have made are completed but in keeping with the bigger is better philosophy Prakash make them about 10 or 15 percent larger than the drawing. Is this acceptable or should they be redone?

They are made of saatisal and are beautiful.

Prakash said they would be too weak if made to drawing.

Let me know ASAP. Post here. Easier for me than email in Nepal.

Thanks for doing that. If the kamis feel that's what's needed, fine.
I made the drawings from existing knives that were quite old and if possible, I would love to have at least one made to the original specs. They will be going on old blades (that had very small handles).
You are absolutely burning up the air waves with all your posts!
Looking forward to your return with all the new goodies and wonder how the 'kothimora' is coming along?
