After seeing some of the prices on the knife auctions and exchange it got me to wondering.

Do you charge your grandma to shovel snow off her sidewalk and steps?

Do you sell off family heirlooms rather than pass them on to your kids and grandkids?

Have a merry Christmas and a joyful New Year! Be blessed not a mess !

Nick Shabazz, Metal Complex, et al. have a thing or two to say about flippers.
With that being said, I suppose that is their job. I'm not going to begrudge a man for trying to make a living. The only negative I see is that they tend to scoop up knife drops before the average guy can get them, likely because average guys have a real job and can't park in front of a computer all day, notwithstanding computer programmers and such.

So, to be clear...sellers can ask what they will...when selling. If they are determined to be dealers, they must upgrade to the appropriate membership or face expulsion. We may not like it, but as long as it is legal and within the terms of service, it stands.

Buyers are free to purchase or ignore. If you willingly succumb to overpriced offers, that is something you should seek to change, imho.
No offer to sell is worth making bad choices for, financially or otherwise.

We've been down this road many a time and nothing has changed.

Let's move on.
