Hi Sal,
As a knife designer I must say that the hole as an opening device is one of the best ones I ever seen...
Now, I know that some knife makers use this system with your permission.
My question is, in the event that I decided to use this system and since I won't be doing the knives, just designing them and then contact Allen Elishewitz to do a small run of 10 knives. There will be custom knives, not factory produced...so, how do I pay the royalties? is per knife made or per design?
Here's a computer generated rendering of two of the designs... (of course the handle will have to be reworked to clear the path of the hole's travel radius) the keramhawk project was cancelled and in it's place it's a "Sonic" neck knife with kydex seath.
