Here is the deal. I have two of these. One plain edge and one P/S edge. The p.s. edged one-the liner hit way over to the right. The plain dead nuts just left of center. Switched the blades around, you know one to another and voila. Perfect lock up for both. Switched them back and the same thing. Liner way over to the right. Switched them back and again dead nuts lockup the way they both should be. Any idea as to why? Keep'em sharp

I wouldn't even WANT to know why!!! Just keep them where they work :D

At a guess, the tangs may not be entirely straight and the liners may also be slightly different lengths. In one configuration, the tang/liner problems reinforce each other, but in the other, they balance out.

You may have lucked out in switching the blades to where the longer liner now mates with the more angled tang, and vice versa.
