A question regarding the Bob Lum Tanto (fixed blade) model.

What is the meaning of the number ("656" on my knife) on the blade, to the left of the Lum logo? Limited edition or serial number?
Suprisingly I could not find a pic (of this model) on the internet with a number there.
 
It is a serial number.

The first 1000 Spydies in each run receive a serial number.

The first 200 of these go to the Collector's Club.

The rest just get distributed normally to dealers, IIRC.
