I have a Magnum Tanto 2 in cpm3v steel.
Does anyone know what the rc is they harden it to?

I'd like to know what a few of their blades rockwell hardness is in the different types of steel as well. That's a good question and sorry I couldn't help you out. Hopefully someone around here can help out. Good luck on your quest.

My bad Jack! According to the link you posted thet heat treat cpm 3v to 60-61 hrc, at least on the master hunter..

Seems that may be right as it does hold an edge better than my 1095 blades from Tops.
