A Question!

I recently picked up a yeller peanut and a yeller slimline trapper from cabela's and they're both in cv. Everything is great on the peanut but I have a question about my slimline trapper. When the blade is open, right above the top bolster the spine sticks out a little bit. I was just wondering if this could cause any problems in the future?
