After being somewhat saddened that the mail did not include a knife related package I was hoping for, 15 minutes ago a second mailguy showed up at the door.
AW YISS!

I already knew what it was...

That 14 shredded through the cardboard as if it was nothing (and yes, to those who pay careful attention to photos: one scale is orange, the other is black).

That looks like a tweener, doesn't it? But which one? Hmmm

I like it, the way it feels in my hand, the looks,...
It's plenty sharp, but it could get sharper, so that's the first thing I'll put this guy through.
See ya later fellas!

Nice!! I really love my 16! Now all you need is a sheath from 710 & scales from tommythewho. :D

JUST bought one of the 16's yesterday and am SO pumped about it. Great sheath and perfect size for light (and some heavy too) camp duties.

Congrats! I plan on picking up a 16 here soon once I sell my Esee 3. Can't wait!

Hey Shark......

Not everything I have designed keeps making me happier that I created it.......The Sixteen is one that passes my happiness test......I hope you will enjoy owning and using it......Be sure to let us know how you like it.......Thanks for your purchase and your kind words......

All best.....

Ethan

Congrat on the sweet pick up! Man i cant wait till my 16 comes in. Thanks for posting the pic with the 14 too. I am thinking about getting a 14 as well but was curious on the size difference.

I bought my 16 at one of the gatherings because I needed a steak knife, seriously. I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised than I have been with that blade. You'll really enjoy it!

nice pickup GShark, enjoy it man! Great lookin knife, I've never handled a 16 but obviously everyone loves them. I'm itching for payday so i can pickup a 15, i still haven't purchased a bk&t tweener and the 15 is just too sweet

So many Beckers.. so little money in my pocket :) If all goes as planned I will close (selling) on my house at the end of this month and I have already warned the wife of an impending mini shopping spree. The 16 is definitely on my short list. Grats on your new one!

Thanks everyone for the kind replies! It's stripped now, awaiting a patina.

Thanks Mr. Becker BUT... really, you don't need to thank me for my purchase. However that is very kind, but I need to thank YOU for creating all these gorgeous blades and putting them on the market for us knifelovers out there. Great stuff!

Nice! The FFG BK16 is high on my list. Still have to get one of those.

Congrats on the 16. I think it's a great addition to a 14. I recently took a 24, 16 and a 9 on a long trip and ended up using the 16 almost all the time. I think you may find it your new "go to knife". Now all you need is a BK9 for a chopper..... :D

Thanks for the kind comments guys, appreciate it.

@Eero, yeah it's like a big brother of the 14. Looks a bit like it too, bladeshape-wise.
The BK9 and 24 are next on the list, but as I've stated before, the funds go to other things as well. Such is life!
