A quick question on Bumps.

would the blade on a speed or spec bump stay closed if i removed the torsion bar or is the blade held closed by the torsion bar itself?

I don't know for sure...no Bumps currently in my possession to scope out. However, most SpeedSafe-equipped knives do use that mechanism to keep the knife closed, so I would imagine the Bumps are no different.

Once the experts wake up, perhaps someone will chime in with a definitive answer.
