A quick Sebenza washer question.

I was just going through the pics of my new Sebenza 21 and I happen to notice what looks like a bit of the washer visible behind the lock bar. However , I don’t recall seeing this in my other Sebenza (but I probably just never noticed it).

So that’s my question : is that the washer I see in the upper left behind the lock bar in the pic? I’m away from home right now so I don’t have either Sebenza with me or else I’d take them apart to see for myself.
