A quick thank you to Spyderco's outstanding customer service

I had a stripped standoff screw on my Para 2.
I shot an email to Spyderco's warranty/repair.
I told them what happened, included a pic and literally, within minutes, had a reply.
Charlynn at customer service said that they would send me the replacement screw and even gave me a time frame. Today I recieved two screws and a small bottle of locktite.
I love it when a large company treats their customers right.
It'll keep me coming back for life.

I've had to inquire about getting some replacement screws a few times, too. Always got a bunch of screws and loc-tite in the mail shortly after. Spyderco's customer service rocks.
 
Never had any good experiences with Spyderco customer service. They've always insisted on payment for any parts, plus paying for shipping. I love my Spyderco knives, but good customer service was never something they could brag about.
