These may be the best ones yet...

I almost messed up the dough by forgetting the oil and salt but realized just in time and rolled them in while kneading and it turned out awesome. Crust that is crisp on the outside but tender and moist on the inside, Mmmm. If I hadn't already had 3 peices I'd have another...

What we call Canadian Bacon (at least in the south) is really just small round ham.
Its good on pizza though.:)
