A Rare find at Blade Show 2008

Below is what Christine Simonich posted on another forum and thought I would share the info with you guys.

I came across these blades in the shop this past winter. They are the only blades left from the REKAT-Simonich collabortation. (The only ones left that I am aware of anyway)

SPECIAL THANKS TO BRIAN GOODE FOR REPRODUCING THE HANDLE DESIGN ROB CREATED FOR THESE PIKUNI'S - AND FOR HIS FINISH WORK ON THESE BLADES.

THEY TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY!

Boy it felt good to meet Christine and see how proud she was of the completed knives. I was glad I pulled it off and that they lasted at the show about 2 hrs from when we put them on the table.
