Here is a inverted model 120 I was lucky enough to stumble onto at one of my 'Honey Holes'. DM

You were right when you told me it was a beauty David. That's a great find.

And thanks again for picking up the beautiful 121 for me! I wish I had a place like your honey hole around here to check out.

Larry, Examining it in hand the Fullers Groove on that side looks to run alittle upward going to the tip. Here's a photo of the reverse side. DM

Thanks, I don't have a 120 other than the one in the Klink set, so was just curious.
Nice!!

Your welcome. This knife was in very good shape, as new, just no box. The sheath has not even been carried and had collected dust. As I was standing, looking at it I was thinking, the price is good, don't even dicker with him--- get it out the door--- you can look at it later in the truck. Heck, I then buried it under some stuff in the truck. Thanks, guys. DM

The blood groove looks great......the pre-2005 grooves were done so much better and it's often the case that the real old ones like this have it done even more artfully.

:)

Nice score David,I bet you burnt rubber out of the parking lot!:)

Well, Heck, yes I burnt rubber leaving the parking lot. With Alan Jackson blaring "When Daddy Let Me Drive" playing on the radio! Full blast and windows down! It doesn't get much better than this! ;)
Later, when I returned for the model 121 I parked a block away... :) Thanks, DM

I also notice that it has the handle side of the guard fully covered by the micarta. That I really like.

I see these often. With the micarta extending all the way to the bottom of the finger guard. Then at times I run in to the others. I don't think we have determined which type is more prevalent. DM

I see the clipped version more often than not. I think the consensus is that the knives that have the micarta that runs all the way out, are more desirable, but I wouldn't say hard to find. The time frame for the clipping was the area that couldn't be nailed down, if I remember the thread right. Then again, I have been known to be wrong (sometimes)...
