This little Ivory handled Saddlehorn Trapper has won Bill Ruple awards all across the country. I can't even concieve the amount of patience it would take to create something like this.

It's a shame your post hasn't garnered more attention. That is one sweet little folder!! I may have to search for some more works by Mr. Ruple.
I imagine it "walks and talks" pretty good? The grinds look like they're thin enough to actually cut stuff. But most importantly, he really nailed the proportions. I've seen so many minis that look fat and stubby. Without the dime in that picture, there'd be no way to tell the scale.

Do you own any other minis you'd care to share pics of? :) Always interested in seeing 'em.

Thanks Fellas. This litte guy is a member of a 3 knife set that Bill put together. All of them have the same quality of craftmanship as any Ruple knife. The miniature is every bit as field worthy as the large and mid sized pieces are. You might have seen it in Blade Magazine too. Glad you like 'em.
