goes up from Tucson for Herculean effort Scott and especially Vicki are making to get the store up and running again. Oh sure, maybe they're "just doing there job", but I think it goes WAY beyond that. Not only are they dealing with a bunch of incompetent tech folks who talk like they have marbles in their mouths, but they are very patiently putting up some impatience from some prospective purchasers. Scott and Vicki...

My hat is off to you both. You folks are the best!!!

Thanks to both of you guys in Idaho! It's sad that technology people in general are so lacking in customer focus (Lunde, not you obviously!), but that the prospect of really screwing up someone's American business seems OK in their world. I know when I hear the phrase "computer (or software) conversion", I am terrified and can predict at least six months of waste and aggravation. Hand in there Scott & Vicki!

Excellent currying of favor. :)

I like it... :D

Scott is the greatest. Even that day he sent me an empty bottle of JWB

But Vicki is awesome.

Thanks you guys.:) I only need one more piece of information for the store to be up and running and it's a url and no one knows it. How is it that the people who own the company (Miva) don't even know the answer?

Hang in there Vicki...we appreciate all the hard work you and Scott do:thumbup:

Thanks for all the hard work! Fingers are crossed here to see the valve open on the Infi pipeline soon!

I have bought many high end "over the top" products in my life. And I have never been treated as well as the Busse people treat their customers. That is true from Jerry Busse at Blade taking time to get to know me and anyone else that took time to get to know him. All the way down to bottom of the Busse-mash-barrel.... Skunk.

I wish that everyone else in the USA got customer service like Busse does. We’d be on top of the industrial heap again. And no I have not been drinking.... in fact I just got back from a bike ride where I grinded some guy into the dirt that beat me a few months ago. I just pretended it was Cobalt when I was feeling mercy.:D I guess he is good for something after all.

Vicki & Scott Rule.
Thanks for all you do to feed our INFI habits.
