San Mai Damascus Pocket Scalpel
San mai damascus from a motorcycle chain with a 5160 core.
5" overall length, 1" cutting edge. Bronze and steel bolsters with cable pins. Leather lanyard with a chainsaw link. Hand made leather sheath.

San Mai damascus made of 1010 and 1070 with a 5160 core.
3 7/8" overall lenght. 1 1/2" cutting edge. 1/8" thickness. Leather lanyard with a handmade micarta bead. Hand stitched leather sheath with pocket clip.

that motorcycle chain looks awesome. I like how the links from the chain are preserved in the damascus. Also nice touch with the chainsaw link on the lanyard.:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
