Four American Hostages Killed by Somali Pirates

NAIROBI, Kenya -- Four Americans taken hostage by Somali pirates off East Africa were shot and killed by their captors Tuesday, the U.S. military said, marking the first time U.S. citizens have been killed in a wave of pirate attacks plaguing the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean for years.

U.S. naval forces who were trailing the Americans' captured yacht with four warships quickly boarded the vessel after hearing the gunfire. They tried to provide lifesaving care to the Americans, but they died of their wounds, U.S. Central Command in Tampa, Florida said in a statement.

Scott and Jean Adam were among those killed by pirates Tuesday on boat their yacht, Quest. The vessel, which was being trailed by U.S. naval forces, was hijacked by Somali pirates on Friday off the coast of Oman.

A member of a U.S. special operations force killed one of the pirates with a knife as he went inside of the yacht, said Vice Adm. Mark Fox, commander of U.S. naval forces for the Central Command.

They also said in the article that because a Somali pirate was sentenced in a New York Court for the hijacking of the Maersk Alabama, that Americans would be the targets of choice for these sonsabitches. Another Somali pirate piece of shit informed them.

Kill them all. Our guys need the practice anyway, they need to get aggressive and just hunt these predators down, wherever they're found and simply kill them.

Better lives then they had. Execute them immediately!
 
Nothing is going to be a deterrent to these assholes. Just make them extinct. Kill them until everyone knows that anyone that does it is going to get killed. Instead of waiting for them to hijack something, they know who and what they are, just hunt them down and kill them.
 
I'd vote for killing anyone with blood on their hands, especially the bastards who fund the pirates. Some of the actual pirates aren't there willingly and may be victims themselves.
 
Anyone that fits the pattern should just be hunted down and killed like the dogs they are. There is enough innocent blood because of the whole deal, shouldn't have to wait for more of it to be spilled. Spill their blood.
 
I think that is a good first step. But someone is getting rich on the piracy - they need to be made an example of.
 
Oh, if they can be identified, kill them too. I don't care. They just need to do a lot of surveillance and when one of the vessels is out there hunting, they just need to open up on it with miniguns and kill them all.
 
Knife'em and dump'em, sharks and minnows need to eat too.

Or the easier way, stay out of their waters. If we have ships that need to go there, like oil tankers...have an armed convoy, or at the very least, armed men on board.

I think Pelton is either in Somalia now or on his way there, I wish him luck.
 
Althought I agree with the post, this forum is not the place for it.
