This was my second or third Sebenza I ever bought and to this day one of my favotie knives I ever had.Just seemed smoother and better built than alot of stuff I have carried. Anyone have it now? At the time about five years ago I think I paid $400 for it, the most I ever spent on a knife. I carried and used it a little but was afraid of screwing it up, something I got over on my later purchases:~) Just thought I would share a crappy pic. Its an early large Decorated Sebenza that was shipped to me or to the guy I got it from directly from Africa.

Matt,

Thanks for the pic :D That knife is actually in my collection currently. It made a trip to CRK to have a minor handling scratch polished out of the blade flats. While I was there I had Chris take a look at it and it was actually the precursor to the current CGG Series. Chris was experimenting with a pantagraph machine and actually has the micarta "patterns" for this design still. To the best of his knowledge they only did two of the knives with that type of design.

Thanks,

~Greg
