I first became aware of Chris Reeve's knives in the late '90s and particularly desired a sebenza. However, I could never pull the trigger for various reasons, mainly kids in college. In the interim I have purchased my share of Spydercos, Cold Steels, and Benchmades. Even a BM Md. 750 Pinnacle which could be considered a copy of the sebenza. Most were fine knives but I still wanted the sebenza. This past Saturday I attended a local gunshow which in the past had vendors displaying collectibles and Chinese made junk.

I was strolling along and came upon a display case of fine knives including Randalls and CRKs. It only took about 5 mins. and I walked out with a small Sebenza. It took me awhile before I put it in my pocket but am now finally carrying my own sebbie.

Good for you...............I had wanted a small Sebenza, as well, for some time and recently found a "used" one FS and purchased. Be aware, though, they multiply, I bought a "micarta" and decided I really needed a Mnandi!

Congrats on the Sebbie!! They really get into your blood!! I had a large BG-42 several years ago, and then traded it off, but missed it. And I HAD to get another large Sebbie. Well, I traded for one!! It is a larger S30V Sebbie, with CRK Zulu serrations!! Then, I HAD to have a small Sebbie..... You get the point!! There is NOTHING like being able to get your dream knife!
