One does have to ignore the incorrect terms, and mistakes put forth as fact.

Like only carbon steel is good for knife blades.....

That's Kauhava craftmaster Kustaa Lammi.

The video usually shows up online in variants copied from the museum clip, but this is the actual version that comes from the original recording.
