So I have a Patriot folder which had a 0 detent. Contacted customer service and they said send it in, after filling out a form along with 15bucks for return shipping. Fixing it basically was free. I am the 2nd owner too. Didn't seem to matter. Very refreshing to experience this type of commitment to service on a product that is 11 yrs old and me not being the original owner. However! I fixed the detent myself. It was actually pretty easy once I figured it out. You have to bend both detents on the liners to get a positive lock or ball drop in to the blade. Not the strongest detent now but serviceable. Thanks and stay safe
