I prefer a crossdraw blade carry when I have my handgun on my right hip.
Thought I'd share.:)

:D Is that an RC-4 in your pants or are you just happy to see me?

Great pics, I usually have a little bit of trouble when I'm using a mirror

Yep. I figure if ya have to draw your pistol you'll never have to worry about a knife handle getting in the way. Plus its very comfortable sitting or standing, and the little piece of paracord acts as a keeper if the whole works should ever come out of your waist...which it shouldn't anyhow.:D
For the draw you use your thumb on the sheath to pop it out..don't just yank the knife by the handle.

Doesn't the sheath bug you when you sit down?

Not at all. I suppose that individual results may vary..give it a try.
I get my jeans one size over to compensate for the 1911 that I stuff behind my right hip. Besides I'm too old and ugly to be sporting 'tight pants'.:D

Thanks for the post Gringo. The day I got my RC-4 I was looking at the sheath and figured out that I could use it IWB if I wanted to. I stuck it IWB and it really was pretty comfortable. I was impressed. You'd think it would be uncomfortable, but the sheath is so thin and there is nothing to poke you with the way the sheath is designed. I think I'll carry mine around 8:00 just behind my non-shooting hip.
