In what year/s did Kershaw produce a kitchen/chef's knife that has a removable blade?

Wow!! 30 + views and noone knows? It has stainless blade, latch and pins.

The Kershaw guys don't know??? I find that hard to believe. But anyway....

Hold yer horses there biggun.....you gotsta wait for the master. THE kershawguy will breeze through eventually. He will more than likely have the answer.:D

Patience, grasshopper. :)

Yes, the font of all knowledge Kershaw is kershawguy.

None know of his secretive comings and goings. Patience is required when one deems to seek his wisdom, for he subtle, and quick to anger.

:D :D

DevilMan, we still produce Blade Trader's that have a Chef's knife, they are called the Deluxe and Camp Tool Traders. Are these what you are referring to?

Kershaw has been doing the blade traders in Kitchen knives and Fishing blades for as long as I know . They are in my 1980 Catalog and I think a 1979 insert. They started out with wood handles and progressed through a hard rubber to the now soft super grippy rubber handles . How was that for a scientific term for rubber. If you are looking to date one , I can probably help with a little more info or photos.

hehehehee yeah I know there are folks who would know... It's not the new ones. It's an oldy. Wood handled. Still has the HourGlass shape key hole and the SS latch closes down over it. :D

Wanted to let you guys have a go at it before photos were put up. Will take some and post em up here...

Thomas drop me a note via PM or Email. I'm also in CA as you can tell. I come up to Sac once in awhile and I could bring it with me if so.
