...I have to share this...
I asked a highly respected Hungarian knifemaker to convex the edge of my proto...and he makes AWESOME sheats, too. He was keen to do the edge, but rejected the making of a sheath, because he's just too busy with his ongoing work - and sheats for his own knives. I was accepting his answer, and tried to find someone who could make a sheath which could be paired this unique blade.
After a month a friend called me and told me, that the maker has made up his mind - he would do an exception because there's not too much occasion when he could make a sheath for a Busse proto.
the edge is perfect, likewise the sheath...the sheath has kydex liners, and a special - height adjusting system...the fit and finish is excellent, the blade even could be fixed further with a short paracord if one thinks it's necessary...
enjoy! (I do, for sure!)
..oh, his name is Sandor Hegyes.
