I designed this little fellow to be a versatile knife for outdoor and/or urban use.
It weighs a scant 84 grams, (141 grams with sheath and pocket clip) has an overall length of 6.5 inches, with a 2 7/8" blade of .125" thick A2. Now, if you're having problems with my mixing standard and metric, join the club
Its sheath is designed for pocket or neck lanyard carry, and is also compatible with Tecloc. The knife locks into the sheath, a characteristic of most of the sheaths I make, and the pierced handle allows easy unsheathing by way of hooking the tip of a finger into it. For neck carry, an additional safety strap will be an option, but I haven't made that stuff yet.
For an urbanite, the DCC, (or Ulticlip) clip allows the knife to ride comfortably in the pocket or iwb. For the outdoors person, neck carry keeps it out of the way of your pack while allowing easy access, or the Tecloc can be employed to fix it firmly to one of your pack straps.
This knife is an aggressive cutter, with a very fine edge. Perfect for peeling apples, cleaning fingernails or making shavings for your camp fire.
The handle material is some kind of lighting strike carbon fibre. It's a terrible material to work with and I'll never use it again. This knife was tricky enough to make so if I ever make any more I'll save myself the headache by using something more boring.
Thanks for looking!
