In light of the current popularity of the Maxx I have to wonder
if a Smaller version for EDC might be a marketable product.

I know that Camillus makes the EDC in a wide variety of steels
and colors now whuch is great. Camillus does not , however, make
an EDC in titanium D-2 combo yet nor do they offer the EDC in
clip bowie blade.

Do the readers here at the forums feel that Camillus should consider
a smaller maxx for next years ( or later) production line up????

Is there a market for such a knife???????

Smaller one would be great! I like the big one too but the smaller one would be much easier to carry. Perhaps do a smaller one in a different blade shape to give some variety. Yo Will....you listening?? :)

Maybe a smaller one with the bull blade on it.

Of course I would rather see a larger version of the EDC first.

I love my big bad CUDA MAXX, but i would have to agree that a smaller version with the bull blade woule help me keep my "psycho-knife-guy" image to a minimum. ease of carry is not a problem for the full size MAXX, at least for me, i've noticed that it sits in my pocket as well as (if not better than...)a knife of half the size...

I would be EQUALLY happy to see:
1) an EDC with titanium scales
-OR-
2) a spear point mini max!

Almost all the production knives I have bought in the past 6 months have been CAMILLUS!!!!:D :D

I like Dennis' idea.., a smaller version with the bull blade...

I love the Maxx just like it is.

I would like to see an EDC with a four inch blade.

A mini Maxx that might be interesting. However, I think that the full size one like the original with a 7 + inch blade would be even better. What would be very nice, is that size blade with a spear point. :D

I would love to see a production version of the 4" Mini-Maxx with any blade shape, although my preference would be for the spearpoint.

I looking forward to the next knife that Camillus is going to come out with. A 4" mini MAX would surely have a new home here. I have to say I have no problem carring the MAXX 5.5 but I have a new found respect for camillus products and will be a life long customer. All I can say is bring-it-on...

The current Maxx is just too big for me. A smaller version would be nice, but I agree with Dennis. A larger EDC would be even better.

I'm not too hot on the whole bullnose thing. Is it just me, or does the blade look more like a bull's weener than his nose?

Buzz. that's a rather .....er...colorful way to discribe
that style of blade:D :D Now the question is what
is it good for?

I would go for the tiny little Maxx someone posted a while back. On that thread it was dubbed the "Micro-Maxx".

Buzzbait is right, it's only called bullnose for PC purposes. There was an earlier thread about this somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. Dexter knows, I'm sure.

I have to agree with Buzz and Will, I don't care for the bullnose style. Although, Buzz.... I can say with authority that it looks nothing like a bull's penis!:D
