A Spyderco/Coors knife?

Yeah, I'm bored, but wondered if it had been thought of?
Original Coors is my favorite N.A. lager, and Spyderco is well, Spyderco. Since both are from the same neck of the woods, I think it would be pretty cool. Say maybe a collector's/presentation/gentlemen's folder anodized gold(Golden, CO-colour of beer, get it)? Or how 'bout a 'silver bullet' user EDC? With skeletonized handles, it would be a 'light' knife.
I don't know how these ventures typically work, but I've mainly mentioned it as a fun idea to kick around.

Don't hold your breath on that one. Have heard that when the "Q" was out, Sal made up a couple with the Coors logo, and sent one to Coors. Coors threatened to sue! Besides, I've tasted Coors, it's the Frost Cutlery of beer.

LOL, great analogy. So true! :D

I do not think that associating Spyderco with Coors would be beneficial to Spyderco at all. If anything, it might cheapen the Spyderco brand. Spyderco should stick to its goal of producing high quality knives that are designed for function.

It was just an idea, chalk it up to the babbling of an idiot. Coors went down a notch in my book...no matter, I like stout over lager anyways.

Everything beats Miller....But Rum beats Beer in general. :D

Now...If Spyderco made a Bacardi Superior Chinook II G-10, Civilian G-10, or Ocelot then we might have ourselvs a winner. :D

I like spyderco (and I like Coors, so quit badmouthing it!) and it would seem a natural fit. But whenever I see a commemorative knife I generally think that its a low quality throwaway advertising campaign knife. You know, buy a 12 pack and get a knife to toss in the tackle box.

Tastes like water only not as flavorful !

I TOLD you to quit badmouthing Coors! Now I'm going to have to go drink a few and sulk.

(Note to self: Do not drink the water in Webster NY)

There is no beer other than Guinness. Everything else is just beer flavored water:p

***This is a joke by the way:D , just to make it crystal clear, I'm a Guiness fan***
