A stileto style knife

An actual stilleto? Or just the style?
If so, increase your price range to $60 and buy a colt steel ti-lite

You can actually find the Cold Steel Ti Lite for $40 on a certain website that starts with an A.

I'm not sure if they are still in business, but if you are talking about a classic-style folding-stilleto (like Italian switchblade style), there is/was a company called Kissing Krane that used to make a wide variety of folding-stilletos in various sizes and with various handle materials. Back in 1986 I bought one with a four inch blade and wood handles for $11. I carried it every day and used it for basic knife duties for several years. Still have it. If you do an internet search for Kissing Krane stilleto you might find them.

I'm gonna order one as well. It seems like it's the only quality legal stiletto available. All those assisted stilettos are really cheap knockoffs.

Not sure what the price will be but the Cold Steel Counter Point XL looks interesting. Or check out Boker Magnum. (Agent, Thunderbolt, Trooper, Great Knight, Urban Tank, etc.) Not exactly stilettos but you will probably like some of these.
