I have a recommendation for all of you left-handed knife makers out there, and there seems to be a lot. I would advise you to make your knife handles fitted to a right hand instead of your own left hand, unless you know you are making it for a left-handed individual. If the handle is perfectly symetrical it doesn't matter, but if it is antler, bone or other natural materials, it is always more comfortable in one hand than the other (75% of antler handles I have seen seem fitted to a left hand for some reason). And since the great majority of your customers are right-handed, I think it would pay to make it for them. This would even include putting your name and logo on the side that you see when you are holding it with your right hand. Just a suggestion form a right handed customer... ;-)
