A Surgeons Bowie

This is the first knife I was asked to make. I had a biopsy done by a thoracic surgeon and it turns out he is an avid hunter. I can't imagine a guy with the gift and talent of being a cardiac surgeon would risk his livelihood by going hunting. To each his own I guess. He asked me to make him a Bowie Knife. I hope he likes it. I hope you like it.

Hi Steve, Thanks,

It's 01 flat ground. 10 1/4" blade 15" O/A. 416 stainless guard. Steel is from Aldo.
Handle is stabilized Curley Koa with nickel silver and fiber spacers. The handle design
was just something off the top of my head.
