Has anyone ever heard of this knife? I've seen pictures, but evidently I am not looking hard enough for info on it. I think it might be custom, or semi-custom but I am unsure.

If you've heard of it, or have any info on where I can get one, price, etc, let me know.

It's custom, made by AT Barr. Check out www.customknives.com and click on his name. AT has been making knives for a long time and the one-eyed-jack has been around a while too. Blade Art and Steel Addiction both have one in stock right now according to their websites.
 
Yeah, it's a custom. AT Barr paid Spyderco to use the Spyderhole, too. The neatest one I've ever seen had a translucent green G10 handle... just love that stuff.
 
Just wanted to add that AT Barr is an outstanding knifemaker and a true gentleman. You won't regret buying one of his knives.
