This is a tarwar made by Bura (and so marked) that came in while I was in Kansas. It is 29 inches overall with 8 inch handle. Blade is 5/16 thick and 1 & 3/4 wide. Weight is 2.25 pounds about. Fit, finish, hardness all fine. Scabbard is top quality for a change. It is a top quality rig.

So, what's wrong with this knife? Vikash thought the edge was a bit dull and needed touching up and put a couple of little waves (maybe .020 or so) in the edge while trying to sharpen it. The good news is a good eye and a good stone can turn this into a perfect sword in less than an hour.

Price for this near perfect blem is $145 delivered to your door.

Call or email if interested.

Lasted five minutes. Chris, it is a hell of a knife. You made a good choice. I'll get it shipped Monday.

How fat was that handle, Unc? I like the weight and length, but don't want another D cell Kel-lite ( Mag lite ) size handle.

No more for him lads, it's time he was onto the wagon.

How do you guys do it? I only ordered this Saturday, but since I live in LA, I usually get my knives within two days. By the time it gets delivered tomorrow, it would have been double the normal delivery time. How can you stand the wait? I know patience is a virtue, but I would rather have the Post Office work faster. Do I have it bad or what?
