Jack Black is a generous man. As all who visit the forum regularly, know. I received a "thank you" package in the mail yesterday from our valued brother of cutlery and am honored by the thought put into it. In it, was my first traditional gesture penny. It itself is amazing, but I didn't realize how much it would mean until I held it. I can see now why the tradition has carried on. Included was a fun and creative toast punch. My daughter loves Tinker Bell. Getting to make her pirate toast in the morning is great! Especially, as she is holding her Tinker Bell doll. (I wish I had taken pic to share of when she first saw it.) Thanks Jack for helping make breakfast a little more fun. :) The knife is a Sheffield England, another first. I actually remember Jack posting pics of this knife and how I thought to myself, "I bet that is a joy to carry." Well, it is! I got to carry my first Sheffield to church today. Jack, I would love to know more about it. You'll have to pm me more info at you convenience. Thank you Jack for the gifts. Hope you all have a great Sunday.

Way to go Jack! You are a good man and you are much deserving Brett! Thanks for sharing.:)

Glad the package made it Brett, I just wanted to say a small thank you for the beautiful S & M Heritage Jack I won in your very generous giveaway a while back (and which by coincidence I'm carrying right now). Once again I must apologise for forgetting to put the card I'd written out in the package before I sealed it (I only do that about once a week)! :o I'm glad your little girl likes the toast stamp, I had hoped she would, and I'm glad you like the Sheffield Sleeveboard. Thanks for the kind words my friends, they mean a lot, coming from such great folks as yourselves :)

Fine work, Jack! I would expect nothing less of you. Brett, is a extremely deserving man, Well done by both of you gentleman!!

Looks like 1900...what a great year, Brett! The pennies are very cool in my book. Jack has sent me two 1901 and 1892. I made one into a necklace pendant. No drilling involved;)

Jack, you crack me up. :) you touch everyone on this forum, (sometimes I think you're a little touched ;) )

I can't think of a single person who isn't better for knowing you, you touch the lives of everyone you encounter here and I'm sure everywhere, I'm proud to even be able to call you a friend as casual as it may be you sure are a kind, gentle and generous person. I lift my glass to you Jack my friend and tip my hat to a true gentleman.
