At the Blade Show West, one of the first familiar names I saw was Camillus and approaching the booth, there was Will Fennell, looking even better in person than his picture! I introduced myself as a Bladeforum member and Will showed me the Cuda he carries (VERY smmmoooth) and several more of different finish and blade style (but yours is the one I want, Will!
)
Their fixed blade combat collaboration (Terzoula) was very nice, well balanced and pretty light too(which I like alot in a knife like this). I ended up buying a trapper with tortise celluloid handles that is just too cool. I've been wanting a trapper for awhile but couldn't decide on handle material. Well, when I saw the faux tortise, I had to have it. Will was nice enough to sell it to me, although there were only 4 examples on the table and at a nice price as well. Will told me these are made with (I think) 1095 tool steel; all I can say is, fit and finish are very good, edge is VERY sharp and it's damn pretty. Thanks for taking the time to speak with me, Will, I do appreciate it.
