This one is a tribute to the late Ray Johnson:

Ray took over as the master bladesmith at Silver Dollar City after Gil Hibben vacated the position years ago and worked as a knife maker until the day before he died at the age of 76. This is a close copy of the knife that he carried on his leg for years while he worked at S.D.C. It has a 12" blade and handle of cocobolo with ivory spacers & silver wire inlet in the star burst pattern that Ray often used on many of his knives.

This one's for you, Ray:

Beautifully done, Gary. I'm sure Ray would be proud of that one.

That is awesome! I have a beautiful Ray Johnson knife and it is a great knife! Didn't know anything about him when I bought it but I liked the knife!
