Thanks for posting this.

It's terrible to say but I'd not seen any of his programs before. I went to youtube and they've got loads of his stuff there. I clicked on the first video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUiliNiTxus and it was an absolutely fascinating episode of him doing some fishing. I'd never seen that method of cooking oysters before, and his spear fishing skills were absolutely awesome!

Thank you for sharing, I didn't know who this man was before today but he was truly a pioneer.

Rest in peace

I'm real sorry to hear that. I just discovered the man a short while ago. I watched all his vids and found him very intelligent, entertaining, and enlightening. Seems like the man had a good life doing what he enjoyed to do.
May he rest in peace.

Thanks for posting. I hadn't heard of him. Plan to visit YouTube and acquaint myself. RIP

Sorry to hear the bad news. I think I've heard of him before.

He made it to 69--he had a good long run. I have MANY personal friends and family members who unfortunately didn't get that much living out of their allotment of life--even a close niece who died at age 3 of leukemia just last year.

May Malcolm rest in peace.

I didn't know anything about this guy. Looked him up on youtube and got hooked. What a guy!
RiP Malcolm Douglas.

Man Malcolm was definately the real deal. God bless him and may he rest in peace.
