I just gotta say this place amazes me every single day and I just want to take the time out to say thank you to a few individuals.

A few of you know what I am going throw right now and the support I've received is nothing short of amazing.

The long and short of it is that I made a mistake that cost me alot. I've had to sell off my blade collection, gear, gadgets, even my ATV to try and get back on track but it gets worse by the day.

Every blade has or is being sold except for my bk11 (only since I'm waiting on a sheath from goose) It is my only knife as of now. I even needed to sell off knives that aren't made anymore like a swamp rat m6 and a fiddleback Palmer. I even needed to sell my 1972 buck 119 I got from my dad who got it from his father (luckily to a friend who I can buy that back from).
Anyway without a plea for help a few guys have stepped up to offer assistance with whatever they could. From help financing the frankenbecker project, to other offerings of assistance the list goes on. Even a BF friend saw my sale threads and asked what was happening, and what did he do? He sent me a brand new bk7 with micarta and $ for an Azwelke sheath! He said "it should help ease the pain of losing my collection" Also ark s contest won me a remora and he offered to help me even more than that. Even pokesalad a new guy round these parts and winner of the why do you need a bk11 giveaway offered to let me keep and sell the knife. Downright good hearted people.

I am just dumbfounded by the generosity displayed on all levels and I just wanted to make it known that I appreciate it very much. We all try and give back what we can and pay it forward, but this community takes it to a place reserved for sainthood. Thanks guys, you know who you are.....(I didn't want to display names of those that didn't publicly say what they did, if they wanna step up that's fine but its not my place to out such kind hearted people)

I've never seen a place like this...

I thought you'd be making bank in your napalm production business.

All jokes aside, you're absolutely correct.

Since I actively started posting here, I've seen the better side of people that I almost had forgotten about!!

I personally gave Clich a new yacht and a giant bag of fifty dollar bills.

I didn't even know he was going through tough times, I just had some extras.

Good luck Clich. Tough times, even though they may leave scars, don't last.

Yeh but the yacht didn't even come stocked with champagne or bikini clad models. I've been slumming it.

I don't know the details of your personal troubles, I just know that historically most of mine have been due to either champage or bikini clad models. So I was just protecting you by keeping them.

there are alot of great people on this forum that would give the shirt off there back to a complete stranger! the best forum on the web

Hey BRL, my yacht recently suffered a 3/4" scratch because of a negligent captain. I, of course, fired his ass. Could you send a new one if you've got spares?

there are some great guys (and gals) in his forum. they deserve respect. some would take the knife off their belt if you needed it.

Just want to say thanks to any and all Beckerheads. For doing what you do.

Clich,

I am not exactly daddy warbucks, what with being a single income family of 3 in a skilled trade field, but if there is something I can do to help I happily will do what I can.
There are alot of good people here and if I can help one of them have an easier time of it, I would be glad to.

Clich is a good guy and i think we all know what its like to fall on tough times. If I can help in any way you have my email address. I will admit though that I do get a little moist thinking about that BK11. :D On a side note, I used shaved bar soap and diesel fuel to make some homemade "napalm" a few years back(20). Burned a stump about 6 inches down into the ground. lol.

Thanks guys. I'm not asking for handouts just saying thanks to those that did what they did. I appreciate the offer tho silver

Hey, I'm short, give me a break, you could have at least brought me back to shore before firing me.

I've got every confidence things will straighten out for you man. Hang in there.

clich, don't know what kind of mess you got yourself into but all things will pass this I promise..

people here on the forums are pretty straight up, and I agree ba this is probably the best place on the net..

Hell man, when I saw that Palmer in the exchange I knew some bad shit was going down for you. Things will get better, Just don't screw up the same way again. Besides they're just knives. Not really important in life. You can get them again.

I always wanted a pony. Do you have one of those laying around BRL? :)

This really is a great area of the forum. I have had such a good time in the short amount of time I have been hanging out here.

It's almost literally the only place I go to.

on topic: You were always a good guy clich. I know it doesn't help, but when the worlds crapping on you, sometimes, it's good to know you've got friends.
