I stopped by the Buck knife booth today at the 2005 NRA Convention here in Houston. I had previously heard that one of the Buck Ladies would be there, so was surprised to see CJ Buck with his engraver in hand.

I had carried my BCC 532 with me just in the event, and now wish I had carried the BCC 110. But not to fear, they had plenty of knives so I kept CJ busy for a while.

AND, they brought 100 model 119's with an NRA cutout in the blade and inscription on the handle.
They were seralized. They were going like hotcakes. Hope some of the rest of you were there to grab up one., or two

Thanks for Being there CJ!!

If any of you ever get to go to a NRA convention, please go! If we loose our right to bear arms, our knives will be next.
"soap box"

I looked at a lot of other knives. I will stick with the Bucks!!!

LFH,
I am glad you got to go to the NRA show. I used to attend it every year and it is one of the funnest. I still remember the year we introduced the Buckmaster 184. All day long we were answering the same question about that knife.."What are these anchor pins used for?" :)
We always get a lot of useful feedback on our knives from people at the show so it helps in that regard too.
