Its become a bit of a chore whenever I need to switch between my regular EDC bags; a smaller butt/shoulder pack and a larger cheap GAP satchel (don't use my tacmed back pack that much these days, except when teaching an arnis/SD class). Having to pick one by one all your bits and items, and making sure you don't forget anything. Then all the stuff then gets tossed and turned inside for you to reach inside and grope. 
I then saw this simple but brilliant (the good ones always are
) bit of kit from my sister. She offered to give me her spare :thumbup:
It's a "drop in" organizer for ladies bags. Life's become a whole lot easier.
Mine's a slightly different version in simple all-black nylon. It has some smaller pockets up front for pens and the sides are where I put my SOG mulit-tool and Twintask light.
Been using it for a couple of months now. Changing bags means merely picking-up it up by the handles to transfer and voila!
