Looking at the recent post of Jess Horn knives made me think of this knife. It was made by Bill (W.C.) Davis back in the 80's.
The handle profile looks very much like a Loveless style to me. It doesn't show in the picture, but the pearl scales are really nice and the lockup has a distinctive sound and feel:
