It was cool here, on Sunday morning, the temperature moderating, on the

heels of a rainstorm.:D We've had, few of them, this year :grumpy:

Hot & Dry, the earth sucking at the, small amount of moisture.

Driving, the back roads, is like churning through two inches of ground chalk.

The vehicles, sit, covered in it.

But this morning; beautiful!!!!!

If I can get this lovely morning, down on film, even if it never rains again,

I can still remember.

Fred

Yes very nice pictures and comments. I can tell you love your place and life. You seem to have achieved the thing I strive for most. Inner peace. I am getting there :)

I am also curious as to what the brown giant hot dog shaped things are also?

Inner peace, along with inner turmoil, like most of us it is an ongoing battle.
Good luck with yours:thumbup:

The Oscar Myer, look alikes are in reality, long necked gourds. My neighbor is a lover of gardening and all that grows.

Thanks for the feedback, Fred

Now, I really miss Ohio! To top it off, my wife is flying to Ohio on Sunday and staying with my family until Thursday. I'm stuck out here in the Pacific NW, while she's getting hugs from our grandson, kids, parents, etc.

I guess I'll just take some vacation days and make some sharp, pointy, metal objects!

Fred,
Very nice pictures. If I ever get back to southern Ohio, I'd love to visit and witness the serenity in person. (I've been pushing for a transfer back to NE Ohio...)

Living out in the country rocks! My girlfriend and I are working on our first garden, we will see how that goes between the deer and the racoons and rabbits! Very nice images, nice thread, thanks! 47

The first garden! Wonderful:thumbup: Did you just buy the land you are planting?

Put out some extra for the critters. They will show their appreciation by leaving some for you.

Good luck, Fred

If you get back to Ohio, stop in, the door is always open, Fred
