...and some other sharp objects.... ;)

I was just out boiling up some hog tusks from the last couple of trips away AND looking for shyte to take pics of with my new Nikon (now I am happier that I can use the bloody thing) and well.... here is the result....

pic is untouched and as it came out of the camera (cropped from HUGE to this however).... :)

Those tusks are seen in original here...

and here....

Very nice pics ! Looks like you got that camera working very well

There is a looooong way to go yet with this camera (well body - retained the same lens'). But getting there.

Next replaced will be the camera that lives in my pack (that the hog pics were taken with). It is small and shock/waterproof but just wont take a consistent image. Some are great and then you end up with a bunch like the two hogs here. It really frustrates me !!!!

Great pics--nasty lookin beasts! Wardens are excellent little knives--since I got mine a couple of weeks ago, it's seen constant use. My folders are very jealous. What will you do with the tusks?

Not sure mate, I have a bunch of them around here.

The Warden is a nice little blade, I have been meaning to grab another (without the serrations) but have just not got around to it. The CS one you have really caught my eye I must admit !!!!

Thanks man--it was a lucky find, and I'm very pleased with it; the swedge and the serious hollow grind make it a great performer. I thought that the choil was not necessary, but I've come to like it, especially when working with wood.
