Here are a couple of knives that I just finnished as a present for my cousin and his Bride to be. I wanted to match their wedding colors, whitch are Black and Ivory. The larger one is my Pro Hunter, made of O1 tool steel, 5/32" thick, with Water Buffalo horn handle and Nickel Silver pins and bolsters, it is for the Groom. The smaller one is a 10% reduction of my Pro Hunter, in 1/8" O1, and Fabricated Antique Ivory from Jantz Supply, and Nickel Silver pins and bolsters. Both are mirror polished. This smaller knife needs a name, and I was thinking "The Lady Pro Skinner" as it is for the bride. The couple is going on a hog hunt for their Honeymoon and I hope these two knives get to go as well.
Let me know what you think. Thanks for looking.

Very nice finish on both. I would love to take a knife like that hog hunting. They are very lucky.

Thanks guys for all the nice comments. The sheaths are giving me fits, as usual, I don't like sheath making.

Ha hA, I think very few knifemakers like to make sheaths, I seem to put it off till the very last minute.

In addition to well-deserved compliments, I'll add a name you might want to consider for the smaller, ivory model, especially if you're also interested in the marketing aspect:
Pro Hunter Slim. It takes sex out of the equasion (no guy wants a "girly" knife), accurately describes the difference and manages to add a bit of compliment to the potential purchaser--male or female.-- Just a thought. Again, nice work.
