First off I know you guys are going to ask for pics but I can't do pics out here. I decided on a partially serrated A-100 for my companion during my week out here at Lake Texoma. It has been clipped to my pocket, or my swim suit the whole time. It hasn't rusted, and it has performed like a champ on rope, made tender for the fire, cigar ends and a million other random things. I'll let you guys know how it holds up over the week.

Just spent a weekend camping with my 7-AW. Batonned kindling(and I wasn't easy on it) and carved feather sticks to fires, took down branches and carved em up for hot dog sticks, cut up a watermelon and a pineapple, and all it got was a rinse in the lake to clean off the fruit juices. Sharpened it when I got home and its no worse for wear. Love this thing. No doubt yours will serve you just as well.

Well cut some submerged fishing lines today the clean the beach area up for the kiddos. It has replaced multiple yard tools this week. It hasn't required resharpening and has pulled some kitchen duties this thing is really a beast.

My plain edge A-100 is a razor. I've used it hard and it comes back to super sharp with minimal effort. Great knife! Let us know how your week goes.

I to went camping the 4th. I took my cqc7aw. It worked good but I like it better for town carry. I wish they offered a traditional V grind or the bevel on the other side. I found whittling to be awkward.
