I had a nice chat with Jens Anso today. Every time I talk to him he is such a friendly and outgoing guy and a whole lot of fun. He scanned my new knife today and it is a real looker. It's about 10" OAL and is rose patterned damasteel. Jens says the grey parts are actually reflective in person. This one blew me away and when I get it I'll post more pictures.

Jens really does make some of my favorite knives. This one is quite exceptional. Those holes look pretty even to me.

That is definitely one cool blade, I can't wait to get the Anso knife I have on order.....you can tell just from email that he is extremely friendly and outgoing.:D

Very cool, Jeff! Gotta love that USN stamp!! I sure am enjoying seeing the different directions Jens is going.:D Can you let us know what he is going to do for a sheath for this beauty?:)

Richard,

I use all my knives and as such I prefer kydex so that what he's done for me. Jens also said that this blade can hold an incredibly sharp edge (and this from Jens must really be saying something). At almost 10" OAL in damasteel this knife was a bargain :)
