For those of you who know that my wife is from the Philippines, then you may know that I think a winning combination, is a Filipino Woman and an American Man. But now I think we may have found another winning combination. I had a Batangas made knife, that for me, was really a problem knife. While it had a lot of potential, it needed a lot of work to bring out it's best. I sent it out to a member of this forum who makes copper jewlery for a living. What I got back, was a knife that would look right at home in any store's jewlery case. Perhaps it's a winning combination, to take the Filipino Craftmanship, and combine it together with American Know How, to really bring out the full potential of a Balisong Knife. What do you all think? I know my scanner photo leaves a lot to be desired, but you can take a look at the before and after photo and tell me if American Craftsmanship and Filipino Workmanship do not make for a winning combination.
